What You Will Do

RFコネクタのプロダクトマネージャーとして、革新の最前線に立ち、主要なテクノロジークライアントのニーズに応えるプロジェクトを主導していただきます。製品戦略を推進し、開発プロセスを管理し、顧客要件との整合性を確保しながら、多様な関係部門との調整していく役割です。

マーケットトレンドおよび顧客ニーズに沿ったRFコネクタの新製品開発を主導する
設計、エンジニアリング、営業などの関連部門チームと連携し、顧客要件を実行可能な製品を企画する
市場調査および競合分析を実施し、新たなビジネス機会を特定し、製品開発戦略に反映させる
顧客との直接的なコミュニケーションを行い、製品開発において顧客の声を代弁し、ニーズを反映させる

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

RFコネクタに関する5年以上の実務経験
RF技術、高速信号伝送、EMI(電磁干渉)シールドに関する深い理解
優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを有し、多様なチームとの協働が可能であること
