職務概要 :
ウェディングアシスタントマネージャーは、 チーム 運営を担うポジションです。 新規対応や打合せを担当するメンバーの調整・支援を中心に、フェアのスケジューリング、ウェブやSNSでの情報発信、レポート作成、協力会社担当者との連携など、 チーム 全体の業務が円滑に進むようサポートしていただきます。

主な 業務内容 :
チームマネジメント・業務推進
- 新規対応スタッフや外部プランナーの業務調整・進捗管理
- 担当プランナーの割り振りとサポート体制の整備
- 業務フローやオペレーションの最適化に向けた調整・改善
情報発信・販促活動の管理
- ブライダルフェアや試食会のスケジュール設定・運営サポート
- ウェブサイトやSNSに関する更新・投稿企画の推進
- ウェディング 関連プラン・コンテンツの管理・情報整備
対外連携・パートナー対応
- ウェディング関連業者・エージェントとのコミュニケーション・調整
- 定例ミーティングの実施および情報共有
- 新規顧客対応担当者への引き継ぎや必要サポートの提供
レポート作成・管理業務
- ウェディングチーム に関する各種レポートの作成および提出
- データの集計・分析を通じた運営状況の把握と改善提案
Qualifications

- ウェディング 業界での実務経験(プランナー、 営業、マーケティングなど職種不問 )
- チームや外部関係者との連携・調整を伴う業務経験
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel/PowerPoint など )
