総合病院内のバックオフィス事務をお願いします。

職員の方の勤怠管理や統計資料の作成などを行っていただきます。

・勤怠管理(勤怠ソフトのシフト入力・打刻の確認)※約400名分

・病院日誌などの統計資料の作成 ※フォーマット入力

・超勤資料作成(夜勤回数・残業時間)※医事コンの数値 => フォーマット入力

・制服の在庫管理

・月例書類作成 ※フォーマットあり

※医事コンピューター・電子カルテ:富士通
