コールセンターの現場社員のお仕事です

派遣先企業内でのスーパーバイジング業務なります。

・クライアントへの提案・相談・折衝

・業務フローの設計、進行管理

・スタッフ様の教育研修

・マニュアルの作成 など。

信頼関係を構築し、より良いサービス向上に向けて取り組みます。

もちろん先輩社員がしっかりフォローしますので、ご安心ください。

【給与について】

月給:240,000円~380,000円

※上記給与には、32時間分のみなし残業手当(48,000円~76,000円)が含まれます

※超過した場合には、別途支給いたします。

※経験・年齢を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します

【モデル年収例】

年収320万円 / 23歳 /入社2年目

年収450万円 / 29歳 /入社3年目

年収500万円 / 32歳 マネージャー職 /入社5年目

【昇給・賞与】

給与改定:年2回

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

決算賞与:年1回(9月)
