仕事概要
【作品の魅力を形にしてファンに届けるクオリティの門番】 DeNAが手掛けるグッズ事業において、人気IP(アニメ・漫画・ゲーム・VTuber等)のフィギュアやぬいぐるみのデザイン監修業務をお任せします。 1. デザイン・サンプルのチェック:イラストや原型、彩色サンプルがキャラのイメージ通りか確認 2. 修正指示(赤入れ)の作成:Photoshop等を使用し、造形や彩色への具体的な修正指示を作成 3. 版元・製造元との調整:版元様の意向を汲み取り、製造パートナー(グッドスマイルカンパニー社等)へフィードバック 4. サンプル管理・郵送:届いたサンプルの管理や発送対応(※週数日の出社を伴います)
必須スキル
単純にデザイン業務のみではなく、自身でイラストを書いたりのアートの経験がある方を希望しております(フィギュアはイラストから立体化するという性質上) ・デザイン・画像加工スキル:Photoshop等で具体的かつ分かりやすい修正指示(赤入れ)ができる ・空間把握・デッサン力:2Dのイラストを3Dにした際の違和感に気づき、修正案を提示できる ・コミュニケーション力:関係各所の意図を翻訳し、円滑に調整・連携ができる ・フットワークの軽さ:月間約20SKUの進行に合わせ、事務作業や発送対応も主体的に動ける
歓迎スキル
・フィギュア・玩具業界での監修、または進行管理の実務経験 ・3Dモデリングの知識や、個人での原型・ガレージキット制作経験 ・デフォルメフィギュア(ねんどろいど等)に関する知識や興味

渋谷スクランブルスクエア ※リモートメインですが、週1〜2度出社いただきます サンプルの現物チェックや版元への発送などの対応のため。 必ず週1~2回というわけでは無いですが平均すると上記程度になる想定です。
