【所属する組織と業務内容】

Web3領域の事業リードとともに、一緒に当該領域を開拓していけるテックリードを募集します。

主に下記3つの役割を期待しています。

事業領域が拡大した先には、当該領域のCTOのような役割も想定しております。また、思考に応じて、プロダクトマネージャーやCPOのような役割や、キャリアも歩んでいただけます。

顧客課題の発見、テクノロジーを踏まえたソリューション提案。
システムの構築・デリバリーにおける、アーキテクチャ設計、開発チームビルディング、およびチームリード。
1と2を通した技術アセット蓄積(新規技術の取り込み、ベストプラクティス展開、ライブラリ化、プロダクト化)、体制強化(チームトポロジーの改善、育成、採用)

【技術スタックと開発プロセス】

プロジェクトやパッケージ (プロダクト) によって異なります。社内で多く?られるケースについて記述します。

?較的規模の?きい新規開発や追加開発案件では、プロジェクト進??体はフェーズを設定したウォーターフォー(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験】(全て必須)

・実務でのWeb系システムの開発経験2年以上 (※スクラッチ開発、保守・エンハンス開発、いずれも可)

・要件定義(顧客折衝含む)~リリースに必要な一通りの工程の作業経験と理解

・様々なメンバーとコラボし、高めあえるコラボレーションスキル

・複数プロダクト・プロジェクトを経験し、必要に応じて自身で新しい技術のキャッチアップをして立ち上がった経験

・ブロックチェーン技術を軸としたWeb3領域への強い関心・興味

・テックリードの経験2年以上

・ティーチング/コーチングで自身のスキルを他者に伝播させていくスキル

・本番稼働するサービスでのスマートコントラクトの開発経験

・ブロックチェーンの分散台帳技術そのもののコードレベルの理解

・ブロックチェーンの分散台帳技術を構成する暗号化など特定技術領域の深い理解

・Web3事業領域におけるビジネス・テック両面での最新動向の理解

・Web3領域におけるビジネス・テック両面での人脈

・アーキテクトの経験

・クライアントへのソリューション提案の経験
