CRMマネージャー(展示会マーケティング担当)

 

年間150万人にのぼる展示会ビジターと、数多くの出展社データを横断的に分析し、マーケティング・営業施策の高度化や、中長期的なビジネス戦略の意思決定を支援するポジションです。カスタマージャーニーに即したコミュニケーションを他チームが担う中で、本ポジションは、その基盤となる定量的インサイトを提供する役割を担います。 

■主な業務

・出展社・来場者データの統合・整備・運用設計 
・会期前・中・後の顧客行動やトレンドの分析 
・セグメント別行動傾向の可視化とターゲティング戦略提案 
・顧客接点(メール、SNS、広告等)施策に対する改善インサイトの提供 
・出展社・来場者の行動や嗜好をふまえた中長期的インサイトの抽出 
・各展示会のKGI/KPI改善につながるデータ報告・提言 
・ダッシュボード・レポート設計、社内関係部署(営業・プロモーション・マーケティングなど)への分析結果の共有 
・チームメンバーの育成・ナレッジ共有体制の構築

応募資格

■必須条件

・CRMや顧客データ分析の実務経験(3年以上) 
・MA/CRMツール(Salesforce、HubSpot等)の活用経験 
・出展社/顧客データを元にしたマーケティング施策支援や改善提案の経験 
・他部門と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進した経験 
・ダッシュボード設計やレポーティングによる意思決定支援の経験 
・大卒以上

■歓迎条件

・SQLやBIツール(Looker Studio、Tableau等)の使用経験 
・展示会やイベントビジネスへの理解・経験 
・データガバナンスやデータクレンジング等の運用経験 
・顧客スコアリング、LTV分析、リテンション施策の設計経験

勤務地

  • 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲 八重洲セントラルタワー11階 ※東京駅直結 ※転勤なし

勤務時間

9:00~17:00(休憩60分) ※始業時間を7時~10時の範囲で繰り上げまたは繰り下げて、時差通勤をすることができます。 ※残業は原則最大21時まで ※出社とリモートのハイブリット勤務形態。 ※小学生前までのお子さんがいる場合、承認制で週1以上での出社と在宅勤務のハイブリッドが可能です。

休日

完全週休2日制(土・日曜日)、祝日、年末年始(7日)、年間休日120日以上、年次有給休暇(入社直後付与)、特別休暇、育児休暇、フェムケア休暇
