【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

協業案件において、社内外の研究者やステークホルダーと議論しながら、プロジェクトリード・新規アルゴリズム開発・実装をしていただきます。

時には必要な実験デザインの提案も行い、画像解析を含んだ解析方法について最適なソリューションを開発いただきます。

深層学習を用いた課題解決を主眼としますが、深層学習のみに固執せず幅広い視野で最適な解決策を検討していっていただきます。

具体的には下記を想定しています。

・社内外の研究者およびステークホルダーとのディスカッションおよびプレゼンテーション

・関連アルゴリズムの調査検討、新規アルゴリズムの考案・発明・実装

・研究開発成果の学会発表、論文発表

・自社 クラウド型画像解析AIプラットフォームや、医療画像診断支援AIプロダクトの画像解析アルゴリズム開発にも携わっていただくことがあります

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・Python での実務レベルでの開発経験半年以上

・画像データや信号データを解析した実績

・画像解析、機械学習、ディープラーニングに関する開発経験

┗ 一般企業での業務、大学での研究、独学など、環境は不問です

・社内外のステークホルダーが満足する要件定義をできる能力

・機械学習、画像処理関連論文(英文)の読解力

・顧客とのディスカッションをリードし、プロジェクトを組み立てることができる方

・生物学および画像解析技術の双方に強い興味をお持ちの方

・論理的な思考力をもち、自らやるべき業務や遂行方法を整理し、自ら実行できる方

・メンバーと協力し、前向きな議論を通して問題解決できる方

600万円~1000万円
