仕事内容:

住まいのリフォーム営業 プレーイングマネージャー

直接お問い合わせいただいたお客様へのリフォーム提案(アドバイス営業)

お電話いただいたお客様、及びインターネットからの問い合わせの

お客様への住まいのリフォーム工事打ち合わせ、見積もり、相談、および関連サービス。

数名のリフォーム営業マンの、リーダーとして工事の企画提案営業。

アピールポイント:

弊社は嘉永二年(1849年)創業、現在6代目、地元密着の信頼されている会社です。

最近の住まいのリフォームブームで着実な実績を上げ、創業200年を目指しています。

*営業先は神戸市内、芦屋市内、西宮市内が中心です。

*訪問先は、一般の個人宅になります。

求める人材:

* 一級建築士、二級建築士などの有資格者歓迎

* リフォーム営業実務経験者

* お客様と一緒に理想のリフォームを創造するのが好きな方

* 有資格者歓迎、建築業界経験者歓迎、営業経験者歓迎、

*一級建築士、二級建築士などの資格あれば尚良し(別途資格手当あり)

*元気で快活、積極的で考えが前向きな人。

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間:9:00~19:00 (実働 8時間)

(19時にはシャッターが閉まるのでそれ以降の残業は無し)

実働時間:8時間

休憩時間:120分

休日等 :週休2日制(月に8日から10日間で自由に休日を選択可)連休取得可

年間休日:106日

6か月経過後の年次有給休暇日数10日

年末年始、お盆休み、慶弔休暇、誕生日休暇あり

会社事務所内、屋内禁煙。 (屋外に喫煙スペースあります。)

アクセス:

阪神深江駅徒歩6分

JR甲南山手駅徒歩16分

給与:

通勤手当:2万円/月 まで支給致します。

実績や状況により下記の手当を支給します。但し、全ての方ではありません。
