Department Overview
Rakuten's IP Contents Division collaborates with the Rakuten Group's more than 70 services and the Rakuten ecosystem, and leverages Rakuten's weapons of ``power to sell'', ``over 100 million customer data,'' and ``work with diverse industries.'' We are working to develop a content IP business from multiple angles, including distribution and MD, by utilizing our network of Yahoo
This includes not only video content produced by the Rakuten Group, but also video content such as movies and TV series that are owned and managed by external copyright holders.
IP Marketplace is a content label "Rakuten Content Central" that comprehensively produces IP (intellectual property rights) in Japan and overseas, and operates businesses from product development to sales strategy planning and sales on "Rakuten Market". Doing.

Position Details
Rakuten operates the IP Marketplace (official store for IP-related products such as characters) established within Rakuten Market, and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from general EC operations to marketing.
Management of EC sites with popular contents such as "MOOMIN SHOP Rakuten Market Store", "Shopping Panda", "Rakuten Goods (stores handling multiple IPs)", etc. You will be in charge of overall EC site management, including site improvement, content planning, and sales promotion activities under high sales targets.
Experience and knowledge of e-commerce site operation and management can be utilized, and your own ideas will be reflected in sales.

Management and updating of e-commerce site
Formulation of annual plans and implementation of each task accordingly
Writing of introductions for product pages, etc.
Web direction of site and banner production, etc.
Product registration and page checks
Direction and update management with external parties
Promotion and customer attraction
Order management, inventory management, logistics management
CS support, after-sales follow-up
General marketing operations such as mail magazine and SNS operation
Product planning and development, merchandising (MD), and product procurement(Currently, we focus on external IPs, but we plan to add Rakuten's own IPs in the future.)
Communication and negotiation with copyright holders and manufacturers
Application work, contract-related work, accounting work (site opening review, contract confirmation, preparation of accounting documents, etc.)
Other EC related work
We can directly feel the response from customers based on the sales trend in the EC.
For example, we work with a well-known manufacturer on product planning for tableware that makes the most of its characters and is also practical,
We also plan and create product images and pages for EC sales, and manage them.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 2 years of EC management experience (Rakuten Market store management experience a plus)
Understanding of and interest in entertainment content.
Basic Microsoft Office tool skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word use, etc.)
Basic problem-solving skills (logical thinking, advanced communication skills, etc.)
Fluent in Japanese.
Independent thinker (able to think and act on own initiative)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in the EC industry (Rakuten Market store management experience, a plus)
Experience in entertainment e-commerce.
Experience in any genre of IP, such as live-action, manga, anime, sports, fashion, etc.
Experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives
Able to work on a variety of tasks to promote the business without limiting the scope of your work.
