NRIのソリューション・コンサルタントの本質は、顧客と深い関係を構築し、真の課題を導き出すこと。そして、課題解決を共創していくことにあります。そのため、自ら顧客企業の経営層と直接議論を交わしながら、エンジニアリングでその課題を解決する機会を多く持つことが特徴です。

【顧客・プロジェクト】

製造・物流・小売・サービス・通信など、様々な業界トップクラスの企業が中心です。

【具体的な業務内容】

製造・物流・サービス各業界系プロジェクト:

顧客業務システムのコンサルティング、開発業務を実施します。また、ビジネス検討~要件定義~設計~開発の工程を推進します。

流通・小売業界系プロジェクト:

デジタルITソリューションのアプリケーション設計・開発業務を実施します。また、SCM、ECサービス、情報分析、会計等の領域において、最新IT技術を駆使してビジネスの高度化、経営課題の解決に取り組みます。

通信・キャリア業界系プロジェクト:

デジタルITソリューションのアプリケーション設計・開発業務を実施します。

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

【経験・経歴】※各顧客業界において、下記のうち、一つ以上の経験を有すること

製造・物流・サービス各業界系PJ:

・顧客業務システム等の構築において、エンジニアとしての開発経験(3年以上)

・顧客業務システムの要件定義(3年以上)

・デジタルマーケティング分野の開発経験

・SAP会計/ロジティクス/人事系パッケージ導入PJでのシステム化計画~実現化、あるいはビジネス設計~本稼動準備工程におけるコンサルティング経験

流通・小売業界系PJ:

・顧客業務システム等の構築において、エンジニアとしての開発経験(5年以上)

・顧客業務システム等の構築において、設計・開発管理の実践経験(10名以上)

・Google Cloudでの開発経験をお持ちであれば尚可

・Sales Forceでの開発経験をお持ちであれば尚可

大手通信・キャリア業界系PJ:

・顧客業務システム等の構築において、エンジニアとしての開発経験(5年以上)

・顧客業務システム等の構築において、設計・開発管理の実践経験(10名以上)

【スキル】 ※基本スキルとして以下を有すること

製造・物流・サービス各業界系PJ:

・システム企画・提案スキル

・システム構築スキル(要件定義~設計・開発)

・チームマネジメント

・ERPまたは人事系パッケージ導入に関するコンサルティングスキル(SAP会計/ロジティクス/人事系パッケージ導入PJのみ)

流通・小売業界系PJ:

・システム企画・提案スキル

・システム構築スキル(要件定義~設計・開発)

・Javaによる実装スキル(3年以上の経験)

通信・キャリア業界系PJ:

・システム企画・提案スキル

・システム構築スキル(要件定義~設計・開発)

・決済サービスや認証技術、接客システムに関する知識(持っていれば尚可なレベル)
