【職務内容】
オリックスおよびグループ各社のシステム開発、保守、運用業務をお任せします。
グループの情報システム部門として、システムの開発保守における実務を担っていただきます。
【具体的には】
ご入社後まずは、内製化強化を進めるチームにて開発業務をお任せします。
1~3年程度、システム開発保守における、設計、プログラミング、テスト、データ移行業務、
定例作業、障害対応、監査対応等の運用業務などをご対応いただく想定をしております。
ゆくゆくは業務部門折衝・要件定義などの上流工程をお任せしていき、
中長期的には、キャリア面談や自己申告制度等を利用し、新たな部署にチャレンジいただくことも可能です。
【求人の魅力】
オリックス本体でガバナンスやルール策定などを行っていますが、グループ全体の情報システム部門としての
役割を担う部署はないため、当社にて業務要件定義・システム要件定義のフェーズはもちろん、
SEとしてのプロジェクト推進・企画を主体的に行っています。
【求める人材】
・Javaを利用したWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験3年以上
【歓迎】
・Java/javascript/HTMLを利用したWebアプリケーション開発
(設計・プログラミング)の実務経験がある方。
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上。
・顧客折衝を含む、システム企画、要件定義、基本設計等の上流工程の経験がある方。
・アプリケーション開発(設計、プログラミング)または、パッケージやSaaS等のパラメータ設定等の実務経験がある方。言語やパッケージの種類は問わず、幅広い技術知識をお持ちの方。
【給与】
年収636~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
