部署について
IDガバナンス局は、2023年10月に新設された組織で、社内ID管理、権限管理、認証/認可、フェデレーションなどの社内のID基盤と周辺システムの開発・運用などを行っているチームです。
サイバーエージェントグループはサービスやプロダクトが増えると共に社員数も増えており、時代とともにリモートワーク等の働き方の柔軟性も高まっている中で、ID管理のセキュリティレベルを高めていくことが求められています。
今回募集しているIDガバナンス局は、弊グループの次の20年の生産性や安全性を最大化するために、既存システムを抜本的に作り直す組織として2023年10月に新設された組織です。
全体で数千名の社員のID管理をより高いセキュリティレベルに高め、よりよい事業運営ができるよう組織を強化したく、採用することとなりました。
