※物流倉庫や生産工場など、

大手メーカーの現場が中心です。

・専門性を高めてオンリーワンの

技術者を目指したい方。

※体力的な負担は他の建設業より

比較的少なく、60代後半まで現役で

活躍するエンジニアもいます。

・単なる作業ではなく、

裁量を持って仕事に取り組みたい方。

成果が仕事量に直結し、大きな利益を

生むことは多分に有ります。その結果が

給与に反映されるので、業績に合わせて

青天井に給与額を上げる事ができます

工場や倉庫、商業施設にある

荷物用エレベーター の

「つくる」「直す」「点検する」

・ 据え付け工事

(組み立て・配線など)

・故障時の修理・部品交換

・定期メンテナンス&報告

3~4人チームで作業するから、

未経験でも安心です

  • 入社~6ヶ月

自分が関わる作業の流れや意味、

必要性を把握、経験してもらいます

装置の操作方法、工具の名前や使い方等の

基礎知識を学んでもらいます

  • 6か月〜2年目

装置の点検や部品交換などの作業を担当

「一人で任される仕事」が増えていきます

客先やメーカーとのやり取り、スケジュール調整など

自分で対応、判断する業務が増えていきます

  • 3年目~ 幹部として成長

現場全体を見渡す職長や、専門技術者へ

作業員の配置やメーカーとの商談等、

売り上げに直結する業務に携わります

エンジニアとしての責任ややりがいを感じれます

希望により独立を目指すことも可能です

9:00~18:00(休憩2時間)

※残業ほぼなし

  • 1日の作業スケジュール(例)

9:00 現場集合・朝礼

9:15 作業開始(点検・工事など)

10:30 小休憩(15分)

12:00 昼休憩(60分)

13:00 午後の作業

15:00 小休憩(15分)

17:30 片付け・作業終了

18:00 退勤(早く終われば直帰OK)

※作業時間は、予め決まっていますので

現場によっては

早く終わる事も多々あります
