住宅ローン推進担当〔転居なし/注力事業〕(年収500万円~1080万円)

【パソナキャリア経由での入社実績あり】配属先組織は、提携不動産会社さま経由の案件増加のための営業がメインの仕事となります。
(案件処理、受架電も営業業務の一環です)
【職務内容】
・マンションギャラリーや不動産流通店舗での勉強会や訪問営業
・土日祝において相談会や本審査申込手続きの対応(対面、オンライン)
・推進業務(事前審査増加、本審査申込への促進)
・受付した事前審査業務(状況により、本審査・契約業務の対応あり)
・クレームエスカレーション対応や社員・派遣社員の教育・指導業務
【配属予定部署】
- 住宅ローン事業部/提携営業グループ
住宅ローン事業部は派遣社員含め約40名程度が所属し、
提携営業グループ、推進グループ、管理グループの3グループで構成されており、
20代から50代まで多くのスタッフに活躍いただいてます。(2024年4月現在)
内勤営業業務(提携不動産会社様から受け付けた案件処理および受架電業務)がメインの仕事となります。
※販売現場への営業や相談会対応業務をご希望される方には営業を優先していただいています。

多くのお客さまのマイホーム購入におけるお手伝いをさせていただいております。
【当行における住宅ローン事業について】
2019年に住宅ローン事業を開始し、案件が増加しています。デジタル化を徹底した顧客とのコミュニケーション(来店不要、書類提出は写真を撮ってスマホ・PCからのアップロードOK、電子契約)や同行ならではの金利設定などで支持を伸ばしています。今後もますますの案件の増加が見込まれているための増員となります。

【休日休暇】
完全週休二日(土日) 土・日、祝日、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、連続休暇(土日を含めて最長9日間)、看護休暇、勤続休暇(勤続10、15、20、25年ごと)
- 有給休暇:初年度14日以内、2年目以降は20日間(うち5日間を毎年連続休暇として利用)
