【仕事内容】

学びに困り感のある子どものための個別学習塾「寺子屋ゆず」にて、授業を担当する講師と連携しながら、教室が落ち着いて運営できるようサポートをお願いします。

・利用児や講師の欠席、遅刻などの調整

・教室内での簡単な判断や対応

・講師からの相談の一次対応

・保護者からの問い合わせの初期対応

・教室運営に関わる事務的なサポート(スケジュール・記録の管理(簡単なPC入力)、

備品管理、掃除など)

・教室長への報告・共有

※授業を行うことはありません。支援職未経験の方も歓迎です。

※ すべてを一人で抱える仕事ではありません

※ 判断のためのルールやマニュアルを用意しています

※ その場で「正解」を求められる仕事ではありません

・「すぐに答えを出すこと」より、「落ち着いて対応すること」を大切にしています

・マニュアルを見ながら判断して進めるスタイルです

・教室長が常に横について指示を出す形ではありません

・判断に迷った場合は、後で振り返りや相談の時間があります

そのため、自分で考えながら、丁寧に対応することが好きな方に向いています。

【対象となるお子さん】

・自閉症スペクトラム、学習障害などの診断があるお子さん

・診断はないが、学校の学習に難しさを感じているお子さん

・自己肯定感が低く、活動に消極的になりやすいお子さん

【研修・サポート体制】

・入職時に、業務内容や判断ルールについての説明があります

・マニュアルをもとに、少しずつ業務を覚えていただきます

・困ったときは、振り返りや相談の時間を設けています

発達支援の経験が少ない方も、安心して働いていただけます。

【勤務条件】

・雇用形態:パート

・勤務日数:週3日〜(開講日の火・水・木・土のうち相談可)

・勤務時間:15時〜20時(開講時間に準ずる)

・勤務地:神戸市東灘区田中町(JR摂津本山駅すぐ)

JR摂津本山駅 徒歩1分/阪急岡本駅 徒歩6分

・時給:1,160円〜

寺子屋ゆずは、発達障害・学習障害・グレーゾーンのお子さんに向けた個別学習塾です。詰め込みではなく「特性に合わせた学び」で、自信と「わかる楽しさ」を育てることを大切にしています。保護者との丁寧な連携も重視し、地域に根ざした学習環境づくりを行っています。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務日数:週3日〜(曜日は応相談)

勤務時間:以下の時間帯を中心にシフト調整します

・ 火・水・木曜|15:00〜20:00

・ 土曜|10:00〜16:00

※金曜は現在休講ですが、今後開講する可能性があります

※教室の運営状況やご希望に応じて、今後勤務時間・曜日が変動する可能性があります(相談のうえ調整)

休暇・休日:

シフト制(週3日〜勤務)
