出店計画多数成長ブランドの運営をリードするチャンス

今後の出店計画に伴い、ブランドの成長を牽引するマネージャーを募集します。

飲食業界での経験を活かしたい方、または新しい環境でチャレンジしたい方を歓迎

経営視点を持ちながら、売上管理や業務改善、スタッフの育成を通じて、より良い店舗運営を目指してください。

【仕事内容】

複数店舗のマネジメント業務を担当し、ブランド全体の成長をサポートしていただきます。

・売上・利益の管理、数値分析

・スタッフの採用・教育・労務管理

・店舗運営の指導・改善

・販促企画の立案・実施

・業務効率化、サービス品質向上のための施策立案

・経営戦略に基づいた店舗間の調整・指導
