扱うのは、国内外の名門コースの手配およびアテンド、マスターズをはじめとするメジャータイトルの観戦ツアーなど。

プレーや観戦だけではなく、訪れる土地の観光、美食、宿泊まで、プレミアムな体験をパッケージでお届けすることで、国内にとどまらず海外富裕層のお客様にもご満足いただいております。

旅行業界でのご勤務経験と、ビジネスレベルの英語スキルが必要です。(スキルに自信のない方はご相談ください。やる気があれば指導のもとグーグル翻訳など使って乗り切れる可能性もあります。)

Q.旅行業界の経験って?

A.アウトバウンド、インバウンドの実務経験が2~3年以上経験のある方を求めています。お問合せの対応から、見積作成、手配など、一通りの実務を一人でこなせる実務経験が必要です。

Q.どのくらいの語学力が必要?

A.海外取引先やインバウンドの顧客とのやり取りに支障がないレベルが必要です。会話は出来なくてもメールなどのやり取りに支障がなければ問題ありません。現在英語に自信のない方でもグーグル翻訳など使いながら学んでいっていただく意欲がある方であれば歓迎致します。

<おもな業務>

下記の業務について、国内の顧客・海外からの顧客の両方にご対応をお願いします。

・問い合わせ対応(メール・電話がほとんど)

・見積作成

・国内・海外からの仕入れ業務

・アウトバウンド・インバウンド両方の業務

・国内外添乗業務の可能性あり

<入社後のステップ>

まずは3ヶ月契約の契約社員としてご勤務いただきます。

(アルバイト・パートからのスタートも可能。日数などご勤務形態ご相談ください)

3ヶ月契約を1回更新して6ヶ月ご勤務いただいたあとは、1年契約になります。

正社員登用の可能性もございます。

<必須条件>

・旅行業経験者

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話は流暢である必要はありません)

・パソコン基本操作

・ゴルフに興味がある方

<歓迎条件>

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)ある方歓迎

・ゴルフが好きな方、ラウンド経験ある方歓迎

・年齢不問

・学歴高卒以上

・資格不要

・ハローワークで求職中の方も歓迎(現在募集中)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00 〜 18:00の間で8時間程度(休憩1時間)(前後時間相談可能)

※残業:月20時間程度(月額に残業代含む)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

※休日出勤の可能性あり(代休を取得いただきます)

年間休日127日

  • アルバイトの場合、週3〜4日勤務も応相談
  • 夏季・年末年始休暇あり
  • 有給休暇あり (入社半年経過後より10日付与)
  • 希望休相談可能

・2026年8月以降移転(本店)

移転先:東京都千代田区神保町1-1-1 フロントプレイ神保町

移転後は上記神保町オフィスにご勤務いただきます。

JR中央線 三鷹駅より徒歩4分

※マイカー通勤OK(駐車場の用意はありません)

・2026年8月以降移転後

都営三田線・都営新宿線・東京メトロ半蔵門線 神保町駅より徒歩1〜3分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,500〜¥56,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
