元々は即日緊急輸送の物流事業からスタートしPC保守用パーツの輸送・トランスポート・倉庫保管のサービスをメインに行っておりました。そこからパーツの運送だけでなく、現在はIT保守サービス、ソリューションサービスを主体に事業を展開しています。IT保守サービス事業ではメンテナンス・運用・ネットワークに関する各種業務を高品質と信頼性を維持しながら、スピーディーでフレキシブルなサービスを提供します。
某運送会社さんも、配送だけでなく、キッティングやITサポート、保守サービスなどシステム導入の支援サービスを始めていますが、 PCやIT に慣れないスタッフがインストールなどを行うため、現場でトラブルが発生し、結果として、コストアップにつながるケースが少なくありません。しかし同社はITの知識が優れている人材が多く、キッティングから保守までをワンストップで手掛け、お客様に対して「窓口の一本化」や「コストダウン」といった付加価値も提供しています。
■キッティングって?
装備、配備などの意味でITの分野では、情報システムの新規導入やオフィスの開設・移転などに際して、コンピュータや周辺機器、ネットワーク機器などの組み立てや配置・配線、OSや必要なソフトウェアのインストール、各種設定などを行う導入作業のことを意味します。いわゆるハードウェアやネットワーク環境を使用できる状態にする作業を指す言葉です。
