仕事内容:

海外のメーカーからの輸入業務の担当及び国内取引先への納期スケジュール管理等を行う業務です。外資系子会社のため、本社及び海外メーカーとのやりとりがあり、英語力はもちろん、電話やメールでの対応が得意な方を歓迎します。

〈職務内容〉

  • オーダー発注、入庫・出庫管理
  • 船積スケジュール管理及び通関業務の輸出入管理(提携フォワーダーあり)
  • 国内営業担当者のサポート (見積書・伝票発行、受注及び納期管理 等)
  • 国内取引先及び海外パートナーとの連絡業務
  • CRM及び自社アセット管理(Salesforce)
  • 機械・部品の在庫管理
  • その他、一般管理業務サポート

【必須条件】

  • 実務経験:2年以上
  • 日本語(ネイティブ)& 英語(日常会話可能) ※外国人の場合は日本国内での就労・居住に問題がなく、長期勤務が可能な方
  • 正確性かつ、主体的に業務に取り組める方
  • 円滑なコミュニケーション能力と柔軟な協働姿勢
  • 成長意欲が高く、自己研鑽に積極的な方

【歓迎条件】

  • 韓国語、中国語能力(必須ではない)
  • Excel、Googleスプレッドシート等のスキルをお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00 ~ 18:00(12:00~13:00 休憩)

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)
  • その他、会社内規に従う

2026年3月より名古屋エリアに新しいオフィスをオープンする予定です。本採用は、名古屋オフィスのオープンと同時に合流する形となります。

給与:
