私たちは、不動産会社で働く人たちの業務負担を軽減するため、法人向け(BtoB)に事務業務をサポートしている会社です。
具体的には、大手企業の社宅契約書類の文言チェックやWEB入力など不動産業者が通常行っている法人契約事務を専門にお手伝いすることが主なお仕事です。
あらかじめ提携している企業から依頼を受けての仕事ですが、受付から完了まで1か月以上の長期にわたることも多いため、チームみんなで協力しながら作業を分担しています。(一般個人客とのお取引はありません。)
【担当していただく業務】
春の転勤シーズンに伴う繁忙期につき1月~4月までの短期事務アルバイトスタッフを募集しています(特に3月は業務量が多くなります)。
・郵便物の開封処理
・書類のスキャン作業
・PCを使った簡単な入力作業
・電話の一次対応(簡単な取り次ぎ程度)
難しい仕事や最終チェックは社員(20代・30代の女性社員)が対応いたしますので事務未経験でもご安心ください。BtoB専門につきテレアポや苦情(カスハラ)対応のような高ストレス業務はありません。

10人未満の小さな会社です。オフィスは完全禁煙です(業務中喫煙不可)。有線放送の流れる清潔で明るい駅近のオフィスで、ペットボトル飲料のほか、紅茶、コーヒー類や茶菓子は無料でたくさん用意しています。
来客は基本的にありませんので髪型、ネイル、服装自由です。全員カジュアルな服装で出勤しています。

高卒以上/年齢不問/不動産業界経験者歓迎/地元優先採用
●ブラインドタッチができる程度でOKですが、不動産勤務経験、宅建免許、関数などPCが得意な方は優遇した条件でオファーすることがあります。

勤務時間・曜日:
★平日で週3日以上出勤できる方歓迎
※特に3月は勤務日数が多い方を優先します。
(勤務時間例)
①12:00~18:00までで週4日(午後から手が空く主婦(夫)など)
②15:00~20:00までで週5日(学校終わりの学生など)
③9:30~ラストまでで週5日勤務(短期でがっつり稼ぐフリーターなど)
※6時間を超える勤務日は60分の休憩
※労働時間は法定通り分単位で正確に計算します。所得制限の調整もご相談ください。
※午後から出勤、遅出早帰りなどプライベートに合わせたフレックス勤務も相談可。(正社員転換制度あり。)
【事業所営業時間】
●9:30~20:00(2・3月) ※土日出勤相談可
●9:30~18:00(2・3月以外)

会社は完全週休二日制(土日)です。
