これによりコストバランスの良い住まいが提供できるのです。

お客様の住まい一棟一棟を木下工務店の社員が現場監督として担当し、職方の手配から工程スケジュール管理、現地におけるお客様との打ち合わせや微調整に至るまでトータルに対応させていただく「直営施工システム」。

の夢が詰まった設計を形にするのはあくまでも現場の施工。

今後の事業拡大を行うために、注文住宅事業の営業企画業務全般をお任せ致します。

<具体的には>

・営業戦略、販売戦略の立案、策定

・販促イベント、キャンペーン企画

・WEBマーケティング企画(広告・SNS・HP等)

・営業ツールの改善、導入、運用・業務効率化、DX推進 等

社長、担当役員とディスカッションしながら課題解決して行きます。

スピード感をもって企画を推進することが可能で、事業成長にもダイレクトに貢献ができる仕事になります。

制作物は内製化しており、制作チーム(デザイナー、ライター、動画制作等)と連係しながら進めていきます。
