Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external partners.
Analyze end-to-end data quality operation model.
Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices
Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows
Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
Discover metadata of the source database, including value patterns and distributions, key candidates, foreign-key candidates, and functional dependencies
Design logical and physical data models
Create design documents including FRD
Generate data quality reports and present findings to stakeholders
Job Description - Grade Specific
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience is ideal
5-10 years of relevant experience in system development or business system analyst role
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Developing and delivering training programs.
Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
Familiarity with data ingestion and integration processes.
Familiarity with data profiling and cleansing techniques.
Familiarity with end-to-end data quality operation model
Ability to develop and implement data quality standards and best practices.
Experience with regulatory compliance related to data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Strong data project management skills.
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recommend and evaluate new data quality tools and technologies.
