■組織のミッション
コーポレート・コミュニケーション本部は、インターナル部、広報・渉外部および宣伝・ブランド部より構成されており、顧客、学生、メディア、従業員等の社内外の多くのステークホルダーに対し、Astemoのブランドの強化・認知向上、エンゲージメントの向上に取り組んでいます。
今回配属予定の宣伝・ブランド部においては、「Astemoの企業認知向上」と「グローバルブランドマネジメント強化」をタスクとし、以下の取り組みに重点を置き、業務を推進しています。
・Astemoブランドの認知向上活動の推進
・デジタルコミュニケーションを活用した情報発信の強化
・Astemoブランドの適正管理を通じた企業価値の向上
■組織風土
配属組織では若手も多く、チームで仕事を進めていくことで直属の上司とも気軽に話せる雰囲気です。
また、少人数で業務を対応しておりコミュニケーションがよく、先輩による指導も丁寧で徹底しているため、成長しやすい環境であり、業務を任せてもらえるためやりがいを感じることができます。

Astemoのブランドの強化・向上に向けて、Webサイトをはじめ、デジタルコンテンツや展示会、スポンサーシップ活動などを通じ、企業を取り巻く多くのステークホルダーへ私たちの技術や取組みをアピールしていただきます。また、海外各リージョンのコミュニケーションメンバーと連携を取りグローバルに活躍をいただきます

- 当社社外Webサイトの構築・改定・運用業務の推進(国内外関連メンバーとの連携)
- 展示会、各イベント準備・運営およびデジタルコンテンツの拡充
- SNSを通じたデジタルコミュニケーション活動推進
- コミュニケーション活動全般の推進と支援 他
■入社後すぐの業務
まずはご経験に合わせて、Webサイトの運営業務を先輩社員から指導を受け、徐々に引き継いでいただきます。
■入社6か月~1年以降
業務に慣れてきましたら、業務の幅を広げで対応してもらいます。
将来的にはWebサイト構築、運営など1人で進められるようになっていただくことを期待しています。
また、部内の他のコミュニケーション業務に対応してもらいます。

必須条件
- B to Bコーポレート Webサイトの構築・運営業務に経験がある方
- 専門外・未経験な業務であっても、自身のスキルとなるよう業務に積極的に取り組んでいただける方
- 英語での業務推進力(資料作成、会議推進、議論等)
- 企画・立案ができ、社外の関係者および社内への伝達がしっかり出来る方

- 和文、英文の文章力に自信のある方
- デジタル、映像、グラフィックコンテンツのスキルがある方
