Finance Executive
As the Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction and success of Bjak. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance competitiveness, and maximize value creation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with executive leadership to set strategic priorities, identify opportunities for expansion, and navigate complex market dynamics.
Responsibility:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage cash flow by tracking and analyzing cash position.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and projections.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with audit requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Proficient in financial software
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA) is a plus.
