仕事内容:

広島県の衛生商材メーカーの会社です。関東地区の営業部員増員の為、自宅を拠点として活動して頂ける方を募集します。

「自社製品を全国にPRする為の営業部員の募集です」

「声なき故人の尊厳を守る。」自社の理念に基づいて、故人のため、ご家族のため、従事者の皆様に喜ばれる製品をご案内するお仕事です。

医療機関に対する自社製品(エンゼルケア用品)の営業活動

・看護師、医療関係の方へのPR活動

・地元卸会社へのPR活動及び製品説明

アピールポイント:

・自社製品を全国の医療関係の方にPRするお仕事です。自社製品は主に特許製品ですので、他社にない強みがあります。北海道から沖縄まで全国の病院約2100か所で使用されている製品ですので、信頼と実績があります。全国を担当している先輩が、しっかり丁寧にバックアップしますので、仕事になれるまで安心です。人生最後の場面で故人の尊厳を守る(エンゼルケア)製品ですので、関わる皆様に喜んでいただける製品を自信もってアピールしてください。

求める人材:

・コミュニケーション能力の高い方。

・医療業界の営業経験のある方優遇。

・エンゼルケア、グリーフケアに関心のある方。

・普通自動車免許必須(AT限定可)。

・専門卒、大卒以上。

勤務時間・曜日:

・試用期間3か月。

・試用期間中は、先輩同行、本社研修など教育体制を整えております。

・勤務時間9時~18時。(基本残業はありません)

・他県出張も有。

※勤務状況によりテレワーク勤務などもあります。

・展示会出展の際は休日出勤有

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土・日・祝日)年末年始、GW、お盆、年間休日120日以上。

・ 展示会出展の際は、振り替え休日となります。

・本社住所:広島県広島市西区中広町三丁目3-21

・勤務:自宅を拠点として関東地区を担当してください。

・原則屋内禁煙、敷地内喫煙所

アクセス:

本社アクセス

・JR横川駅から徒歩10分。

・広電バス中広中学校前から徒歩1分。

給与:

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(7月、12月)

・実績により決算賞与有(12月)

・出張日当支給(社内規定による)

・地域手当支給(社内規定による)

・昼食代支給(本社で仕事の場合、本社指定の弁当に限る)

待遇・福利厚生:

・試用期間3か月(待遇に変更はありません)

・雇用、労災、健康、厚生完備。退職金制度あり(勤続3年以上)
