【仕事内容】
利便性の高い場所にある工房で貼箱(紙箱)、アルミケース、化粧箱、桐箱などの各種ケースの製造補助に従事して頂きます。
パーツづくり(材料加工)、組立(接着加工)、仕上(内装)の各工程を担当・補助します。
人手による手作業や工作、細工的な作業の占める割合が多くなります。

法人向けオーダーメイドパッケージを自社で一貫して製造販売する来年創業100年を迎えるケース会社です。
お客様のさまざまな「こだわり」の要望を具体化していくのが仕事です。
技術や習熟度を見極めた上、スキルに応じた作業工程に配置します。
仕上等は、製造装置や工具を必要としない手作業の工程です。
それ以外は、専用の製造装置や工具と職人的な手先の技能を融合した家内手工業的な生産です。
工程は、立ち作業と座り作業とグループで行うものがあります。
精魂こめた箱づくりを行い、よく知られたブランドのパッケージが弊社のお客様を通じて世の中に出回る様子を目の当たりにすることで社会に役立っている気持ちが実感できます。
【この仕事で一番重要な能力】
モノづくり的なセンスを持っておられる方。手作業の正確で丁寧な反復作業ができる方は大歓迎です。
Creema やminne のようなモノづくり作家さんは、溶け込みやすいでしょう。
芸術系卒でモノづくりの経験をされた方、女性では手芸や裁縫、男性ではプラモデル組立のような趣味の持ち主は容易に技術習得される方が多いです。
男女性とも、ものづくりの熱い感性が加味されるとさらに美しい綺麗な箱が完成していきます。
【期待する将来像】
能力のある方は、各工程のサブリーダーとなることを期待しています。
場合により、新しい商品開発や企画可能なキーパーソンになっていただきたいです。
新しい商品を提案可能なセンスを身に着けて頂くことを期待します。
【給与】
- 給与:1,150円~1,250円/時給
【交通費】
- 交通費支給。上限あり 460円/日, 10,000円/月
