【部門(領域)の役割】

SDVプロダクト企画部は、HondaのSDV(Software Defined Vehicle)事業における中核組織として、顧客視点と技術起点の両面からデジタルプロダクトの企画・推進を担っています。

先進的なデジタル技術を活かし、新たなサービス価値や競争優位性を生み出すとともに、デジタルサービスの戦略立案や企画、開発を担う部門と連携しながら、プロダクトの継続的な進化をリードしています。

「顧客視点の課題発見」と「技術起点のソリューション創出」を統合し、Honda全体のSDV戦略を加速させることが、本部門の最大の使命です。

中でも、カスタマーアナリティクス課は、顧客ニーズやビジネス課題をデータから読み解き、プロダクト改善とビジネス価値創出を担う重要なポジションです。

・プロダクト改善・UX向上につながる示唆の提示

・Hondaが保有する多様なデータの戦略的な収集・活用・分析技術の確立

ユーザー視点でサービスを捉え、データドリブンに課題を可視化・解決へ導く。その中心で活躍いただける方を求めています。

【業務概要】

Hondaが提供するデジタルサービス(例:先進安全機能、リモート操作、車内エンタメ機能など)や、コンパニオンアプリ(HondaLink/AcuraLink/HondaTotalCareなど)のログデータを起点に、ユーザー行動の分析と、顧客課題の発見を行います。

その分析結果をもとに、CX(顧客体験)や、プロダクトのUX(ユーザー体験)の向上、サービス価値の最大化を目指します。

具体的には以下のような業務を担っていただきます:

・会員登録率や継続率、サブスクリプション利用率といったKPI改善を意識した機能改善提案

・ログデータに基づくペインポイントやユーザーニーズの抽出、仮説の構築

・施策実行に向けた改善案の立案と、その効果検証

・ログデータの設計や収集仕様の策定、データ分析・可視化基盤の整備

【業務詳細】

・四輪製品のソフトウェア/サービス企画部門と連携し、プロダクト改善に向けたデータ分析を推進

・プロダクトマネージャーとともに課題仮説を構築し、分析設計からインサイトの導出・解釈までを一貫して実施

・プロダクトチーム・開発・販売・アフターセールスなど、複数部門と連携して、ユーザー属性やVoC(顧客の声)を組み合わせた多面的な分析を実行

・課題設定〜分析〜施策提案の一連プロセスを、常にユーザー視点でリード

【期待する役割】

ビジネス部門と連携し、分析対象の課題設定・分析方針を設計
ログ/属性/時系列データを活用したインサイト抽出と仮説検証
課題に適したデータ設計やログ仕様の策定と実装支援
分析結果に基づく施策提案、PoC(概念実証)やプロダクト改善の計画・実行・判断の支援
