プロダクトのビジョン策定とロードマップの企画・推進
ユーザー調査やデータ分析を通じた改善提案と開発案件の優先順位付け
スクラム開発におけるプロダクトオーナーとして開発チームをリード
理想の人材
プロダクトマネジメントの実務経験があり、ロードマップ策定や新機能開発を推進した経験
スクラム開発でプロダクトオーナーを務めた経験
論理的思考力と高いコミュニケーション能力を備え、複数のステークホルダーと協働できる能力
