ブロードリーフが提供している全てのプロダクト・サービスの基盤となるビッグデータを収集、解析しながら、新サービスの開発、機能追加、サービススケールのための技術支援、技術選定、アーキテクチャを行なっていただきます。
【ミッション】
自動車産業を支える事業者様(車検工場、自動車部品商社、社販事業者、板金工場、GSなど)の業務支援システムを提供して得たビッグデータを活用し、新たなサービス化を目指しつつ、最新の技術観点(ブロックチェーン、AI、5Gなど)からサポートすることをミッションとしています。サポートとして企画、実装、運用まで全ての工程に携わります。
【業務内容】
■業種別(整備事業者向け、自動車部品商社向けなど)に展開をしているプロダクトごとの課題を抽出し、テクノロジーと戦略の両面から解決をリードしていただきます。
■プロダクトやソリューションのブリーフィング管理、概念実証、技術リソースの追加手配など、プロダクト開発を行なっている開発組織・エンジニアを技術面からサポートいただきます。
■お客様やパートナー様の技術環境と当社のコアプロダクトである『Broadleaf Cloud Platform』の統合・連携方法について要件定義、設計~運用までをリードしていただきます。
■社内のエンジニアリングチーム、ステークホルダーに対してコンサルタント兼サブジェクト マター エキスパート(SME)の役割を担い、導入に関する技術的障害を解決するとともに、改善を図っていただきます。

・モビリティ領域におけるプラットフォームサービスであるの基盤プラットフォームや新サービスの開発プロジェクト
・AIサービス、データ分析サービスのプロジェクト
・機械学習、自然言語処理などを用いた研究開発プロジェクト
・データの収集や要件定義、データ処理、分析に関するプロジェクト
・分析、予測、最適化の手法を研究開発し、ユーザー向けプロダクトの品質向上に向けたプロジェクト
・自社サービス全体のバックヤード企画構想設計・技術的支援全般の実装、運用支援などのプロジェクト

・社長直轄の組織として新設。現在は高い専門知識と技術をもった25名が在籍しております…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■PMとして(開発チームのマネージャー経験(約5~10人)の管理のご経験
※上記に加え、以下いずれかのご経験
■ITシステムまたはWEBサービスの設計・開発・運用経験(実務経験3年以上)をお持ちで、いずれかの言語での開発経験(Java,python,Go,C#,Scala,JavaScript(TypeScript, Angular X),HTML5,CSS3(Sass))をお持ちの方
■ クラウド基盤を利用したインフラアーキテクチャ設計、構築経験をお持ちの方
■IaaS(AWS、GCP、Azureなど)環境でのインフラ設計、構築経験をお持ちの方
■データの収集や要件定義、データ処理、分析などの業務経験をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
賞与:年2回(2、8月)・基本給+手当+賞与
※入社時の年収については、現年収、面接評価により決定します。
※採用レンジにより、入社3年後以降、株式報酬50-80万円程度がご年収とは別に毎年支給されます。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
