「ソニー知的財産サービス株式会社」はソニーグループ全体の知的財産権に関する業務を担う組織(子会社)であり、本求人は当該組織(子会社)の中で特許業務を担う部署の求人です。尚、ソニーグループ株式会社へ入社後、同日付でソニー知的財産サービス株式会社へ出向いただきます。
■担当予定の業務内容
ソニーの製品に対して
各国への意匠出願、権利化およびその活用
知財リスクを低減し、デザイン品質向上にも貢献するための他者意匠権クリアランス など
特定の事業部や製品カテゴリーを主担当として意匠業務を遂行いただきますが、ソニーの全製品の意匠を担う組織であるため、主担当範囲以外にも様々な製品の意匠業務に関わる機会があります。また、意匠を専門とする組織ではありますが、他の知的財産権との統合的な権利取得・保護を推進しているため、特許担当者ともコミュニケーションを取りながら意匠の権利化等を進めていただきます。 一定期間担当業務を行いソニーの事業とデザインを理解した後、事業部や製品ごとの意匠出願戦略立案にも参画いただきます。

※本求人はジェネラル・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員での採用となるため将来的に別の職務領域や技術領域に異動の可能性がございます。合わせて、全国の支社、工場、営業所への転勤可能性がございます。

必要となるスキル/経験
(必須)
■意匠出願、権利化および意匠権の活用を行う意匠業務経験が3年以上あること
■日本・米国等審査国での意匠中間処理の対応経験があること
(尚可)
■メーカーなどで技術とも関わりの深いデザインに対する意匠業務経験
ただし、ソニーの事業範囲はメディカル、新規事業などエレキ業界だけに留まらないため異業種での意匠業務経験も歓迎
■筐体・GUI両デザインに対する意匠業務経験
ユーザーとのタッチポイントとして筐体だけでなく、GUIデザインの重要度も高まっているため
■特許業務経験
意匠であっても特許的な視点での権利化が必要となる案件への対応や、特許担当者と連携した統合的なデザイン保護推進のため
■デザイナー、エンジニア、商品企画等、製品開発に関わる業務経験
事業視点を持った意匠出願戦略立案のため
