首都圏エリアのお客様へのコンタクトセンターシステム、CXサービスの販売

首都圏エリアを中心としたお客様へクラウド型コンタクトセンターシステム及びお客様のDXに資するAI・CRM等を含めたCXサービスのソリューション提案・構築・運用保守業務

<業務詳細>

CXサービス及びコンタクトセンタシステムの提案、構築・運用保守

1.新規案件形成における、販売支援(提案書/見積書作成、RFI/RFP対応、同行訪問)を実施

2.既存ユーザの技術的な問い合わせ対応および、故障時の現地対応を実施

3.NTTグループ企業(NTTドコモビジネス、NTTデータ、NTT東日本等)等を通じたアライアンス営業(B2B2X営業)による販売拡大を実施

・ 企業・公共機関等のお客様へ向けたコンサルティング、ICTソリューション提供に関わる業務

・ 通信ネットワークの構築・運用・保守、及びそれに関わる設備投資戦略策定業務

・ アライアンスパートナーの開拓及び新サービス立ち上げサポートに関わる業務

・その他上記業務のサポート業務、及び新規サービス開発、研究開発業務 など

必要業務・経験

<必須要件>

  • 経験(経験内容/経験年数)

以下のいずれか一つの経験を有すること

・法人向けSI受託PJ PM経験/3年以上

・ コンタクトセンタ音声基盤構築 SE業務経験/3年以上

・コンタクトセンタ システム管理者経験/3年以上

  • 知識

・業界知識(コンタクトセンタ等)

・コンタクトセンタシステム(AVAYA、Genesys、NICE、NEC等)/NW系(Cisco)/サーバ・AP知識

  • 能力

・お客様等、ステークホルダーと良好な関係を築き、課題ヒアリングとソリューション提案ができる

・社内外ステークホルダと良好な関係を築きつつ、プロジェクトリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャーとして高いプロジェクト管理能力がある

<歓迎要件>

  • 経験

・コンタクトセンタシステム全体構成を理解でき、音声基盤、CXサービスに関わる知識を有すること

・チームのマネジメント経験、部下指導育成の経験があること

・システム構築業務のリーダークラス経験があること

  • 能力/保有資格

・コンタクトセンタ全般に関する、システム・運営知識

・コンタクトセンタシステム、及びCXサービスに関わる設計・構築スキルを有す方(AVAYA、Genesys、NICE、NEC等に関するスキル・経験/ベンダー資格 等)

・下記LAN WAN-ネットワークスキルを有する方

Ciscoに関する技術(CCNP、又はCCNA+NW関連業務2年以上)

・プロジェクト管理に関する知識

・プレゼンテーション能力

・PMP、情報処理技術者試験 プロジェクトマネジメント資格 等

勤務地

主に首都圏での勤務となりますが、中長期的にはご本人の希望、適性・パフォーマンス等を踏まえ、西日本エリアや首都圏等での勤務となる可能性もあります。
