Analyzing and understanding the business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business success.
The BA will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, document functional requirements, and provide recommendations for system and process improvements.
Job Description - Grade SpecificRequirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in ServiceNow systems.
Soft Skills:
Native level Japanese and Business level English.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication in both Japanese and English and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
