We are hiring a
Senior Project Portfolio Manager
to lead and oversee enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives within a Global organization.
This role focuses on managing a portfolio of projects, strengthening governance and delivery standards, and working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor multiple projects and initiatives across the organization
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance, frameworks, and reporting
- Drive consistent delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and risk
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective execution
- Lead selected complex or high-impact initiatives directly
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in project or program management
- Strong knowledge of project governance and portfolio management
- Experience working in mid-sized organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, MS Teams, Jira
