Responsibilities
プロダクト関連開発部門の責任者として、ビジネスチームと密接に連携し、新しい保険商品の開発プロジェクトおよび既存商品の改訂プロジェクトに関連するすべての納品の支援の管理をお任せします。

The followings are responsibilities for a project in developing new insurance product and modifying existing insurance product.
- As a representative of IT, work with senior managements in product departments to create a project plan.
- As a Line Manager of IT Delivery Leads, who are responsible for a delivery of a project, you have responsibility for assigning them to a project and managing them.
- Through coaching IT Delivery Leads, ensure the schedule and cost as planned, and the quality of deliverable.
- If a project is off track, advise or instruct IT Delivery Leads on how to get it back on track.
- Project status report to CIO, Issue/Risk escalation to senior managements
- Participation in Project Steering Committee and stake folder management, including senior managements

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on cross border and multinational environments
- Business level Japanese and English
- Worked in IT and has multiple experience in project management, and also has experience in managing a project exceeding USD 1M.
- Have experience working in IT department of an insurance company or developing systems for an insurance company and has knowledge of insurance products and insurance company systems.
- Have experience in stake folder management, including senior managements.
- Have experience as a Line Manager in managing members and can motivate and lead the members.
