・データ基盤の刷新・標準化の推進

・データガバナンス・セキュリティ戦略の設計および実装体制の構築

・サーベイ・レコメンド等のサービス開発における学習ループ設計と基盤整備

・複数サービス・外部システム連携の共通基盤化とデータ統合の戦略策定

・技術ロードマップ策定およびPdM・事業側との連携によるデータ活用戦略推進

【求める人材】

【必須】

・データ基盤またはETLパイプラインの開発・運用経験(3年以上)

・大規模データ基盤(BigQuery、Athena、Redshiftなど)の設計・構築・運用経験

・データアーキテクチャの設計経験

【尚可】

・GCP環境(BigQuery、Cloud Composer、Dataform、dbtなど)を用いたデータ基盤の構築・最適化経験

・データモデリング、スキーマ設計、データマート構築の実務経験

・ETL/ELT処理の自動化やスケジューリング設計によるパフォーマンス最適化経験

・データガバナンス・セキュリティ戦略の策定および実行経験(アクセス権限管理、削除ポリシー運用など)

・AI・機械学習・生成AIプロジェクトへのデータ連携設計、もしくはMLOps構築経験

【給与】

年収:800万~1000万程度

月給制:月額571400円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年4回(1月、4月、7月、10月)

昇給:社内テーブル規約に則る。

東京都中央区銀座 歌舞伎座タワー 15階

都営地下鉄浅草線、東京メトロ日比谷線「東銀座」駅より徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム(コアタイム11:00~15:00)

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(6ヶ月(条件等は変わりません))
