株式会社ログラスは「良い景気を作ろう。」をミッションに、企業経営・予実管理領域のDXと高度化を目指し、「Loglass 経営管理」を2020年から提供開始しました。
シリーズAの資金調達時(2022年4月)と比較して導入社数は5倍以上に急成長、シリーズB(2024年7月)では70億円を調達して累計調達額が100億円を突破するなど、市場からも大きな期待をいただいています。
今後について、短期では「xP&A戦略」を掲げ、2027年4月までにプロダクト/サービス数を20以上に拡大します。
中長期では「AI ERP構想」を掲げ、データとAIの力をフル活用し、あらゆる領域の計画を起点に、経営リソースの最適配分を意思決定できる、プランニング・プラットフォームの実現を目指していきます。
具体的には、下記のような取り組みを予定しています。
2027年4月までにプロダクト/サービス数を20以上に拡大するために、60名規模の新規事業開発チームを組成
1年で事業開発/エンジニア/PdM(プロダクトマネージャー)/デザイナーを新たに50名採用

<プロダクト概要>
「Loglass 経営管理」をはじめとするLoglassシリーズは、経営管理・予実管理領域のプロセスを効率化し、精度の高い意思決定に導くためのプロダクトです。現在は、「Loglass 人員計画」「Loglass 販売計画」など複数のSaaSプロダクトに加え、BPO・コンサルティングサービス「Loglass サクセスパートナー」を提供するなどマルチプロダクト展開を進めています。
短期では「xP&A戦略」、中長期では「AI ERP構想」を掲げ、データとAIの力をフル活用し、あらゆる領域の計画を起点として経営リソースの最適配分を意思決定できる、プランニング・プラットフォームを実現を目指します。

2.仕事内容

今後の戦略として、短期では「xP&A戦略」を掲げ、2027年4月までにサービス数を20以上に拡大するために新規事業の開発組織や海外開発拠点を組成に取り組んでいます。また、中長期では「AI ERP構想」を推進し、データとAIを活用した経営リソースの最適配分を実現するプラットフォームを目指します。
今後のマルチプロダクト展開やサービスの多角化を見据えて、QA体制の強化に取り組んでいます。QAエンジニアやカスタマーサクセスのメンバーと協働しながら、プロダクトの品質向上に貢献いただける方を募集しています。
<仕事内容>
「Loglass人員計画」のテクニカルサポート兼品質保証担当として、シニアQAエンジニアと連携しつつ、サポートサイトの更新やソフトウェアテストに伴うテスト対象の仕様調査やテスト設計を中心に携わっていただきます。
経験を積んでいただきましたら、ソフトウェアテストのプロフェッショナルであるQAエンジニアとしての専門性を高めながら、チームの中核として活躍していただくことを期待しています。

アジャイル開発におけるテストプロセスの改善提案、実行
ログラスのQAエンジニアには2つの役割があります。
QAエンジニア(プロダクト開発部所属)
プロダクト開発部に所属して一つのプロダクト・事業に入り込むことで、プロダクトチームのコアメンバーとして品質向上に徹底的に取り組んでいます。社内のQAコミュニティに所属しつつ、横断組織であるEnabling & Platform部と連携しながらQA業務を行っています。
QAMgr(Enabling & Platform部所属)
Enabling & Platform部に所属して、組織横断で全社に影響するQA戦略の立案やQA技術基盤の整備に取り組みます。今後は組織横断で取り組む施策や方針に応じたケイパビリティを持ったメンバーをチームに迎えていくことで、QA横断組織の体制強化していきます。

BtoBプロダクトにおけるテクニカルサポートまたはカスタマーサポートの経験(3年以上)
QAの専門性を高める意欲とQAエンジニアとしてキャリアアップしていく意思をお持ちの方
アジャイル開発の経験や知識
メンバー全員を巻き込んだプロダクトの品質向上アプローチの経験
複雑性の高いドメイン知識をキャッチアップして業務に取り組んだ経験
JSTQBなど体系的なテスト技術に関する知見
