【キャリアパス】
■一般リースの営業事務をご担当いただき、現況の課題抽出や省力化、DX化に取組んでいただきます。
■将来的には、営業事務企画、推進のプロフェッショナルとして千葉銀行グループの事務改善やDX化業務などご経験・スキルやご希望を踏まえたキャリアパスを描いていただくことができる環境です。
【組織の特徴】
■事務管理部は、リース・割賦などのファインナンス業務:見積~審査~契約~検収といった一連の業務を基幹システムを利用して安定運営をはかる会社の基盤業務を担う部署です。また、リース満了~再リースor満了解約・売却といったリユース、リサイクルなどの出口対応まで幅広い業務を行います。
■事務管理部は、千葉銀行からの出向者やリース会社・その他企業よりの中途採用者、派遣社員・フル、時短のパートタイマーのCAの方合計35名です。今後も事業拡大に伴い中途採用者を増員する計画をしております。
