【募集概要】

本ポジションでは、部署内の事務業務・秘書業務を担いながら、AIエージェントや業務自動化ツール等を活用した業務改善にも主体的に関わっていただくことを期待しています。

単なる定型事務に留まらず、業務のやり方そのものを改善していく役割です。

・購入物品のプロジェクト紐づけ管理

・見積書・発注書・請求書の管理、受発注手続き

・経費精算対応(社内システム利用)

・出張手配(交通・宿泊手配、旅費精算補助)

・スケジュール調整、会議設定等の秘書業務

・AIエージェント、RPA、生成AI等を活用した事務業務の効率化・改善提案

・上記に付随する事務業務全般

求める人材:

【必須】

  • 事務職、営業事務、または秘書業務の実務経験(目安:2年以上)
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
  • 業務改善や効率化に興味・関心がある方

  • AIエージェント、RPA、生成AI等を活用した業務改善の経験(個人利用・業務外での利用も可)
  • IT企業、SIer、スタートアップでの就業経験
  • 経費精算・受発注管理の実務経験
  • 秘書業務(スケジュール管理、出張手配等)の経験

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 週5日/ 1日6時間~
  • 週4日/ 1日7~8時間
  • 週3日/ 1日7~8時間

※曜日は応相談

※時期によって、時間外勤務もあり(ご本人が出来る場合のみで可)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝日)その他会社が指定した休日(年末年始等)

※その他の休日はシフトによる

※原則出社(やむを得ない事情がある場合は一部リモートワーク相談可)
