サービススタッフとしてお客さまの声に耳を傾け、ぴったりの商品をご案内いただきます。

スキンケアからメイクアップまでトータルな提案ができるコスメ販売スタッフに挑戦してみませんか

<具体的な仕事内容>

・接客業務

・在庫管理

・商品管理

・商品陳列 など

頑張り次第でゆくゆくは店長候補としてスタッフ育成や店舗のマネジメントなどもお任せします。

給料:

月給 240,000円~

交通費全額支給

(固定残業代15h分含む)

スキルやご経験を考慮します。

交通費すべて支給、昇給あり、インセンティブあり

正社員

・試用期間: 3ヶ月(雇用区分:契約社員)

・契約更新: あり(条件あり)

※業務の必要性・勤務成績等を勘案し正社員雇用

※最大6ヶ月まで延長あり

勤務時間:

10:30~21:30 1日実働7時間30分以上

休日・休暇:

・公休月8日または9日(年間カレンダーに定める)

・特別休暇(結婚・忌引)

【必須要件】

・明るく元気な接客ができる方

・コスメ業界での販売実務経験3年以上必須(学生のアルバイト経験除く)

・チームワークを大切にできる方

・スキンケア、メイク、ヘアケアへの興味・関心がある方

【歓迎要件】

・店長などの役職経験

・英語・中国語・韓国語話せる方

経験者優遇、学歴不問
