【業務内容】

関西支社の立上げのため、以下のコンサルティングおよび立上げ業務をご担当いただきます。

・ITコンサルティングのデリバリー

  • IT戦略、IT中長期ロードマップ策定
  • DX構想策定・全社DX推進支援
  • システム企画・構想策定
  • 基幹/業務システム刷新構想
  • データ活用・生成AI活用構想
  • IT×新規事業の構想・実行支援

・新規クライアント開拓、既存顧客深耕(営業・アカウント機能)

・関西支社の立ち上げ・拠点運営

  • 立ち上げ企画・推進
  • 拠点運営の仕組みづくり
  • 組織、チームづくり(将来的な採用・育成)

・関西エリアへの発信、エコシステム構築

<詳細>

・クライアント業種は金融業界、製造・小売業界、BPO/SIer業界、官公庁、商社等、多岐に渡ります。

・クライアント規模は大手企業を中心に、中堅・中小企業に及びます。

・担当件数は年間4~5件です。

・担当案件の期間は半年~数年です。

・部門構成は0名(東京本社は80名)です。※戦略・IT領域のワンプール制

・プロジェクトチームはアサイン型です。

・残業時間は月平均25時間です。

<給与>

・月給:50万円~142.8万円

固定残業代13万円~37.1万円(月45時間分)を含む ※超過分別途支給

・昇給/昇格:年4回 (1月、4月、7月、10月)

・賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

・成果ベースでのインセンティブ、特別賞与有り

・年収例

  • ディレクター:1,200万円~2,000万円(月給85.7万円~142.8万円)
  • マネージャー:1,000万円~1,500万円(月給71.4万円~107.1万円)
  • シニアコンサルタント:700万円~1,200万円(月給50万円~85.7万円)

・ストックオプション付与実績あり
