北海道新聞を各店舗ごとに納品するお仕事です。
決まった流れで進める業務のため、難しい作業はありません。
同乗研修などの丁寧な研修体制があり、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。
実際に、未経験から免許を取得し、活躍しているスタッフも在籍しています。
休日は、4日出勤休み4日出勤休みという「4勤1休制」です。
曜日固定ではない分、平日の休みだけでなく、土曜や日曜が休みの日もあるのが魅力。
そのため、平日休みの日は病院や役所などの用事をすませやすく、土曜や日曜に休みの日は家族との時間にもあてられます。
有給も取得しやすいので、連休を取って旅行に出かけるスタッフも多く、
休みもしっかり楽しめます

仕事内容
新聞印刷工場で印刷された新聞を各販売店へ仕分け・配達する業務です。
出社後に各店へ配達するために新聞を仕分け、その後配達に出発します。
配送は札幌市内及び近郊の3〜5カ所程で、ルート配送ですので未経験の方でも安心です。
配送ルートや納品の手順などは、先輩と同乗研修を行う中で丁寧にお教えしますので、未経験の方もご安心ください。
(新聞は、重くても10キロ程度です。現在シニアの方や女性スタッフも活躍しています。)
※全社4WD車なので、冬でも安心して配送ができます。
深夜に走るので渋滞などもありません。
1日の流れ

20:00に出社後、各店ごとに新聞を仕分けし、各々のトラックに新聞を積み込みます。
24:00くらいから各店に配達に行きます。
各新聞販売所へ朝刊をお届けし、終わり次第事務所へ戻って終了です。
資格
普通自動車免許
※2007年6月1日以降に免許取得の方は、要準中型免許(8t限定)
準中型免許がない方は応相談(取得制度有り)
