当社は大手総合商社・丸紅グループの食料専門商社である丸紅食料の子会社として、お茶の加工製造を担当しています。主な事業としては丸紅食料が全国の茶園から仕入れた茶葉を工業用(各飲料メーカーが販売しているペットボトルなどの緑茶飲料向け)に加工し、出荷するというものです。スーパーや、コンビニ、自販機などで売られている多くの商品を手掛けています。
仕事内容
大手飲料メーカーのペットボトルのお茶に使用される加工茶葉。静岡県の名産の「お茶」を牧之原から支えてます。
具体的には
作業の流れとしては、茶葉をブレンドタンクに投入し、複数の茶葉を混ぜ合わせた後取り出します。
ダンボールの製函、袋のセット、茶葉の計量・封入、減圧を自動で行い、梱包して専用パレットに積載した後、出荷担当に引き継ぎます。
