What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help design and operate unforgettable group itineraries in Japan by:
Creating and pricing itineraries for international travel partners
Communicating daily with wholesalers and travel agents
Coordinating bookings with hotels, guides, restaurants, and transport providers
Ensuring itineraries are accurate and delivered smoothly from planning to execution
Supporting on-the-ground travel operations when clients are in Japan
Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Who We're Looking For
You are someone who is:
Experienced in inbound tourism or travel operations (1+ year preferred)
Fluent in
Japanese and English
Knowledgeable about Japan's major destinations and suppliers
Detail-oriented, organised, customer-focused, and proactive
Confident working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Passionate about travel and delivering world-class experiences
