仕事内容:

建物の工事やリフォームに関わる"サポート中心"のお仕事です。

作業内容はシンプルで、現場のスタッフや職人さんたちをサポートしながら、工事の進行をスムーズに進めるお手伝いをしていただきます。

図面を描いたり、現場の調整をしたりといった専門的な仕事もありますが、いきなりすべてをお任せすることはありません。

まずは「できることから」「一緒にやりながら」で大丈夫です

【具体的にはこんなお仕事からスタート】

●書類のチェックや簡単な入力作業

●材料の準備や片付け

●工事のスケジュールをカレンダーにまとめる

●先輩スタッフと一緒に現場の様子を見に行く

など、特別な資格や経験がなくてもできるサポートからスタートです。

慣れてきたら、少しずつ「お客様との打ち合わせに同席する」「簡単な図面を修正する」「現場の進行を管理する」など、ステップアップも可能。

もちろん、経験のある方は即戦力としてより幅広い業務をお任せします

●普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

※社用車での移動や現場への訪問があるため必須です

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:00

(休憩60分/実働7,5時間)

朝は少し早めのスタートですが、

夕方にはしっかり業務終了できるため、

プライベートの時間も確保しやすい働き方です。

【残業について】

業務状況により残業あり

(月平均 15~25時間程度)

現場や工程の進行状況に応じて

残業が発生する場合がありますが、

過度な残業はなく無理のない範囲です。

一日の仕事を終えたときには、

「今日もやりきった」と

充実感を感じられる環境です。

チームで連携しながら作業を進めるため、

業務の調整もしやすく、

スケジュール管理がしやすい職場となっています。

※経験・スキル・前職給与を考慮の上、相談して決定します
