The
Supply Chain Coordinator
is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods, including coordinating imports and overseeing local shipments of products. This role is a key contributor to operational success, by ensuing seamless alignment with business objectives while upholding efficiency and quality standards across the department.
This position reports to the
Manager of Integrated Supply Chain - APAC
and is part of the
Supply Chain & Logistics
Team located in
Japan
and will be an
on-site
role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Manage shipments from global production sites and daily order data using Rakuraku.
- Organize and pack shipments according to procedures and requirements. Send Japanese delivery note to sub-dealers/direct customers
- Collaborates with IDT's Commercial and Customer Care Team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Minimum N/O level, Nitec in a Science related field or equivalent by relevant experience.
- Proficient computer skills which include knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Handling data analysis in Excel that may include pivots table or statistical analysis of other related costs.
