The Role

The Program Manager provides project management leadership to cross-functional teams for all activities related to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and close-out of assigned projects.

Ensures that all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met. May be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of high complexity/high-profile, global, full-service projects. May also serve as a Line Manager for Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers on the team.

You Will Need

4 year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Previous experience in a project management role in the CRO or pharmaceutical setting
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, large, global projects and manage all financial aspects of the study
Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
Ability to travel up to 25%
Fluent in local language - both written & verbal
