企画段階や開発中の新車も生産中の現行車も対象としており、クルマ造りの上流から下流まであらゆる自動車部品を取り扱います。
自動車エンジニアとして総合的な知識を体得・活用しながら、幅広い部署を巻き込んでリードしていく業務になります。

・R&D部門全体VE活動の企画と推進
・VE活動予算の策定と実績管理
について、課長代理の下でチームリーダーとしてチームメンバをまとめながら実務遂行
