Position Overview

As the Public Relations (Recruitment) Specialist for the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will be responsible for communicating to both internal and external audiences "what mission AIRoA pursues," "what kinds of roles exist at AIRoA," and "what kind of people are thriving at AIRoA." By deeply understanding the association's mission to promote AI- and robot-foundation models and data ecosystems globally, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to articulate our purpose and the appeal of working at AIRoA, and to build long-term relationships with talent who are a strong fit for the organization.

AIRoA was established in December 2024 as a general incorporated association and began full-scale operations in FY2025. Major corporations and startups participate as member companies, and together with universities and research institutions, we are driving national-level projects.

【About AIRoA】
AIRoA was established in December 2024 with two core objectives: "to revolutionize the technology of robot development through the fusion of robots and AI" and "to promote the use of robots in society." While AI is rapidly advancing worldwide, the shortage of data in robot development has become a critical issue.

To address this challenge, we are running a national flagship project funded by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), with an investment of over JPY 20 billion.

●Recruitment Background

Going forward, AIRoA will expand joint projects with member companies and strengthen international collaborations, creating a need to hire talent across a wide range of roles and backgrounds—from R&D and business development to operations and more.

To effectively communicate AIRoA's mission and working environment, we are looking for a Public Relations (Recruitment) Specialist who will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and take end-to-end ownership of our talent communication efforts, from information dissemination to content creation.

●Future Mission

After joining AIRoA, you will first take on a broad range of recruitment PR activities while familiarizing yourself with our various roles and operations.

Once you are up to speed, we would like you to lead the design of our employer branding strategy—clarifying "who we want to reach, with what message, and through which approach." This will include defining target talent segments, crafting role-specific messaging, and developing storytelling that connects our owned media, social media, and communities in an integrated way.

In the future, we also expect you to contribute to designing company-wide communications that integrate recruitment branding with corporate PR and technical PR.

入社後は、採用広報全般の業務を担当していただきながら、様々な業務内容のキャッチアップをしていただきます。その後は「どんな人に、何を、どう伝えるか」という採用ブランド戦略の設計をリードし、ターゲット定義や職種別のメッセージ整理、オウンドメディア・SNS・コミュニティを連動させたストーリーテリングをお任せしたいと考えています。将来的には採用広報とコーポレートPR・技術広報を統合した全社的なコミュニケーション設計にも関わってください。

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment PR, recruitment marketing, or corporate PR (at an operating company, PR agency, HR-related company, etc.)
• Experience conveying the appeal of roles and organizations through written content such as job postings, articles, and scouting messages
• Experience working collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers/teams to drive projects forward

• 求人票/記事/スカウト文面など文章で魅力を伝えた経験
• 採用担当や現場メンバーと連携し、プロジェクトを進行した経験

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment PR or corporate PR in the tech/startup domain (e.g., AI, SaaS, robotics)
• Experience recruiting engineers, researchers, and/or global talent
• Experience planning and editing recruitment blogs, note/tech blogs, employee interviews, and similar content
• Experience planning and managing employer branding initiatives using social media such as X and LinkedIn
• Comfortable conducting research and reading/writing in English, and strongly interested in the physical AI and robotics domain

●Our Office

We currently operate out of a spacious office and research facility of over 1,000 m² located in the Ryutsu Center area. In this space, our business teams and engineering teams work in close collaboration, advancing both day-to-day operations and R&D with AI robots always close at hand. The facility is frequently visited not only by members of the AI Robot Association, but also by engineers and researchers from partner companies and representatives from member companies. As a result, it serves as a hub where diverse experts at the forefront of AI and robotics gather and interact.
