【仕事内容】


窓口事務業務全般をお任せします。

【具体的には…】

・入居者関連業務(募集、入居、退去、要望・苦情・相談等の事務処理)

・収納業務(家賃に関する手続き、収入対応等)

・一般管理業務(駐車場管理・収入、督促、車庫証明発行、各種承認手続き、住宅設備の変更受付対応等)

・その他(自治会支援、事務所内の依頼対応・連携協力)

最初は先輩スタッフ指導のもとで業務を行っていただきます。

しっかり丁寧にお教えしますので、安心して働くことができます*

※変更の範囲:異動があった場合でも主な業務に変更は無し

【仕事の特徴】

PCの基本操作ができる方であれば、これまでの経験やスキルは一切問いません

入社後に先輩スタッフが1から丁寧に指導するので心配いりません

まずは仕事の流れを覚えることからスタートしていただきます。

\お休み充実で働きやすい/

土・日・祝は基本お休みで、年間休日122日とプライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です*

時間も8時半~17時、9時~17時半、9時半~18時の日中のみとなっています。

月1回程度当番制の休日出勤がありますが、振替休日を取得できますので安心してください。

土日祝休み,残業月20時間以内,年間休日120日以上,未経験者歓迎,業界未経験者歓迎,経験者歓迎,主婦・主夫歓迎,フルタイム歓迎,学歴不問,経験不問,長期,原則定時退社,中途入社5割以上,女性活躍中,制服あり,交通費全額支給,完全週休二日制,40代も応募可,50代も応募可,60代も応募可
